While BREEZ diffusers somewhat resemble e-cigarettes in appearance, BREEZ diffusers are not e-cigarettes.
E-Cigarettes are defined as electronic nicotine delivery systems, or ENDS. There is no nicotine in BREEZ diffusers. In fact, all BREEZ diffusers are completely free of nicotine, tobacco, Vitamin E acetate, THC, CBD, and any other regulated substance.
Do these products contain toxic chemicals?

What is "organic vegetable base?"
Organic vegetable base is USP (United States Pharmacopeia) grade vegetable derived glycerin. Vegetable Glycerin is an all natural liquid generally extracted from plant oils, in particular, soy, coconut oil, and palm oil. It is typically clear with little hint of color, odorless, in some cases sweet, and relatively viscous.
Do I need to refill or recharge my device?
No, there is no need to refill or recharge your device. It is a disposable diffuser that can be used anytime, anywhere hassle free!
How do I know it has run out/died?
You will know that the diffuser has run out/died once the light stops flashing, it starts blinking, or it stops dispensing mist.

What is your return policy?

Is there an age restriction?
BREEZ diffusers contain ZERO drugs or illegal substances. Although it is completely legal and free of any regulated substance, we still don't recommend anyone under the age of 18 to use our diffuser as we do not wish to encourage the hand-to-mouth habit that may lead to unhealthy habits, such as smoking.

How many puffs can I take in a day?
There is no limit to the number of puffs you can take in a day. However, we recommend that you do not exceed more than 12 puffs per day.
How long does the product last?
Each BREEZ can last for approximately 300 puffs, and each diffuser is made to last approximately 1 month (30 days) of use. Usage life may vary.
What is my warranty?

What happens if I run into any issues with my order?
